We are hiring a service and repair plumber

We are hiring an experienced service and repair plumber for our Orange County territory. This is a full-time position out of our Fountain Valley office, running residential and commercial service calls across the county.

The pay is commission-based plus bonuses. Our plumbers earn in the top 10% of Orange County, in the range of $100,000 to $150,000 a year.

What we supply

A fully stocked company truck, a company credit card, uniforms, a company phone, an iPad or a Galaxy Tab running Housecall Pro, and paid training. You bring the experience and your hand tools. We keep our plumbers busy year round.

The work

Water heaters, drains and sewer, leaks and leak detection, slab leaks and repipes, fixture repair and replacement, gas lines, pressure regulators and angle stops, planned maintenance. Not new construction.

What we expect

Five or more years of hands-on service and repair experience that we can verify. A valid California driver’s license and a clean driving record. You diagnose and repair independently. You explain the problem in plain language, and you never sell work a customer does not need. Clean appearance, courteous with customers, respectful of every home and business you enter. Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
